We want you to love your Make Mine Black purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at somorintradinglimited@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: intimates and underwear, and custom or made-to-order pieces.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
